I am board certified in both Colon & Rectal Surgery and General Surgery. I have extensive experience in minimally invasive and robotic surgery of the abdomen, performing colostomy avoidance surgeries, neorectal reconstruction, fistula surgery, UGI and LGI endoscopy, hiatal hernia repair, hernia repair, and more. I completed medical school at University of Washington, my general surgery residency at Mayo Clinic in MN, and my fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at Mayo Clinic in MN. I completed an MBA with an emphasis in health care administration at Grand Canyon University in 2021. I am a Navy veteran, serving as a hospital corpsman out of high school and later gaining my commission as a medical officer in the Navy reserve.
