According to reports, the 34-year-old recently underwent a breast lift and laser treatments to get rid of her stretch marks after having Blue Ivy because she was self conscious of the way she looked.

A source told OK! that Jay-Z is the who “noticed she wasn’t feeling her usual sexy self,” after she continued to cover herself up and show less and less skin.
