Mildred “Millie” Blackmore married Jeffs in 2004 when she was only 13 years old. Years later, Canadian authorities attempted to locate her, but she had returned to her own polygamous society in Canada, according to her brother.
As of November 2016, he informed The Salt Lake Tribune, she looked to be faithful to Jeffs.
Authorities were also looking for Alyshia Rae Blackmore and Nolita Colleen Blackmore, both Canadian natives who married Jeffs when they were 12 years old.
